A couple of months prior to flying back from my duty station at the American Embassy in Canberra, Australia, I contacted Solar Realty, along with other Real Estate Companies. Solar was the only one who replied almost immediately, and also, kept us apprised as to what was going to be available once we informed them what our needs and desires were. Not only were they able to provide us with a number of choices, but also, pictures of houses that would be available when I was able to come to Florida and go through the process of looking for a new home. My Realtor, Ms. Wanda McMichael, had a clear understanding of what the market in the area was, and provided good, sensible advice about what to do about the various things that came up during the purchase. She did a wonderful job; the choices she gave me resulted in my being able to choose a house in three days of searching, and close on it within 30 days. I would definitely recommend her as someone who knows her area, the market, and last, but not least, has the knowledge needed by families relocating to this area. She had all the bases covered...:)

Thanks Wanda for such a great first home buying experience. I searched the internet sending numerous emails addressing very specific priorities we had for purchasing a home and you were the only Realtor to answer my questions and not send a form letter! Military life is hard enough but trying to buy a house from overseas is tougher! You helped us so much by sending multiply listings which fit our lifestyle and budget. You never tried to sell us something we could not afford! After choosing the house of our dreams you were our eyes and ears for six months as the builders progressed with the home. When the builder failed to complete his end of the contract and deliver the home in time you were right there explaining our rights and stepped in to fight for us! Thanks for finding the next home in a day!!! We have loved this house ever since...We knew we only had two years to be on station and you helped us so that we didn't waste anytime living in TLF searching on our own for the perfect place.
